Trang factory is operated by professional personnel with high expertise and being well-trained continuously, which is to increase capability of operational personnel.Moreover, Trang factory is certified by various quality management systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS/TIS 18001, Halal.

To date, Trang factory has production capacity of 45 tons per hour of fresh fruit bunch and 100 tons per day of palm kernel seed.

The products of Trang factory include crude palm oil, crude palm kernel oil, palm kernel cake,palm kernel seed.

Vegetable oil refinery is located in Bangpoo Industrial Estate situated on more than 18 rais of land. The major products include palm oil products, shortening and margarine. Palm oil products can be divided as refined palm oil, refined palm olein, palm stearin, and hydrogenated fat.

The Company has determined to develop its quality management system and has been certified by GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS/TIS 18001, Halal.

The automatic machine continuously feeds qualified crude palm oil into physical process for degumming, bleaching. After that, oil will be passed to the deodourizer. The output will then turn out to be refined palm oil .

Taking palm olein from the first fractionation to another cooling and filtering process will result in cooking oil which can be bottled for end-consumers, and palm stearin for producing margarine and shortening.

At present, in order to respond to need of customers, the Company expands its production capability into other types of vegetable oil such as coconut oil, palm kernel oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, corn oil, canola oil and camellia oil.

The output from the first step, so-called refined palm oil, would be brought into crystallization process until having deep white crystal which is called palm stearin, while the liquid from with transparent character separating apart is called palm olein. In order to fractionate these two oil types from each other, it has to go through the filtering system.

This is to take refined palm oil through hydrogenation process by adding hydrogen gas under appropriate controlled condition and for one more time, passing through the refining.

This is to take refined palm oil into the seasoning process of colour and flavour by adding ingredients as required such as water, salt and emulsifier within the mixing tank. Then, it is sent to cooling system and later passed into conditioning machine to complete the texture and pack for distribution.
