Lam Soon (Thailand) has been certified HACCP since 2000 making it the first company to be so certified in Thailand vegetable oil industry. HACCP is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that identity potential food safety hazards including physical, chemical and biological hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. The system is used at all stages of our food production and preparation processes.
We have been certified ISO 9001 since 2002 which is international standard for quality management system, established by the Interational Organization for Standardization.
This certifies that our products have been produced with the most efficient and effective manner to fulfill the customer requirements and have continual processes improvement.
We have been certified ISO 14001 since 2004 which is environmental management system.
The certification further ensures that our operations have minimal harmful effects on the environment, comply with applicable laws, regulations and other environmentally oriented requirements and achieve continual improvement of environmental performance.
GMP certificate is ensured that our food production processes lay a firm foundation for food safety and follow the food chain from primary production through to final consumption, highlighting the key hygiene controls required at each stage. The General Principles of Food Hygiene of the Codex Alimentarius is implemented to protect the health of consumers.

The FSSC 22000 is an internationally recognized
ISO based scheme for food safety, to protect brands and safeguard to the public health.
The scheme incorporates existing standards including ISO 22000, sector specific PRs and HACCP. FSSC 22000 is owned by an independent non-profit organization and is fully approved by the Global Food Standard Initiative (GFSI).

IISO 28000 supply chain security management systems protect our products from point of manufacturing to point of sale. As global trade expands, so do the opportunities for criminal elements to infiltrate our supply chain. Supply chain security management systems based on the ISO 28000 certification standard identify the risk levels across the supply chain operations to apply the necessary controls with supporting management tools (i.e. document controls, key performance indicators, internal audit and training).

They come from many countries that produce or use palm oil. The principal objective of the RSPO is “to promote the growth and use of sustainable palm oil through co-operation within the supply chain and open dialogue between its stakeholders.” The Certified Sustainable Palm Oil is palm oil that was certified by the RSPO through citeria that can help to reduce the negative impacts of paim oil cultivation on the environment and communities. Lamsoon (Thailand) have been certified RSPO supply chain since 2012 for both of mill plant in Trang and refinery plant in Bangpoo. Also our company group United Palm Oil Industry Public Company (UPOICI have been certified RSPO Principle and Criteria in plantation.
